Description:

  • Manage the general public and oversee the student ushers assigned for Theatre and Dance productions
  • Make sure all patrons including students have valid ID or ticket for the production
  • Show patrons to seats and manage problems as they arise while maintaining a cool and calm focus on the overall patron experience
  • Create nightly reports on ticket counts, timeliness of performance, and any incidents

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and reporting skills
  • Must have a desire to work with the general public
  • Theatre or Dance Major preferred but not required
  • Must be available evenings of performances
